4 drops of juniper oil
3 drops lavender essential oil
1 drop thyme or tea tree essential oil
2 tablespoons almond paste 25 medium fresh, raw almonds

2 Using a whisk, first squeeze the almonds, then pass through a strainer. Continue with oatmeal and cabbage roasted toast. Mix well.

3 Add the essence oil mixture gradually to the vat, mix thoroughly after each addition. Cover the cabinet with a clean, dry cloth or other cloth and rub for 48 hours.
4 Recap, then pour the mixture into a jar that is tightly closed. Either consume it within 1 month or store it in the fridge for up to 3 months.
Use: Take 1 cup of hot spoon to 1 cup of spoon. Add enough water or herbal tea (mint, yarrow or island tea is a good choice) to prepare a dough. Clean your face and neck with small, circular movements.

Rinse first with hot, then with cold water. For face use it is sufficient to use it twice a week as a mask or scrub. As a body scrub, one or two uses per week is enough.
