Cheese And Shrimp Pie Recipe
Cooking Time: 10 minutes You will need for 4 servings:
1 pint cheese sauce (83)
1 4-oz. can shrimps
1 oz. butter
1 oz. grated cheese
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
1 Boil the eggs for 7 minutes, then put into cold water for 1 minute before removing the shells.
2 Chop the eggs roughly, and mix with the sauce.
3 Add the shrimps and butter and correct the seasoning.
4 Pour into a greased fireproof dish. Sprinkle with the cheese and breadcrumbs mixed together and brown in a hot oven or under the grill.
Cooking Time: 2-3 minutes to fry
You will need for 4 servings:
6 oz. grated cheese 1 raw egg 1 oz. plain flour little milk salt, cayenne pepper 4 hard-boiled eggs few drops Worcester breadcrumbs sauce
1 Mix the cheese, flour, seasonings and Worcester sauce together.
2 Bind with beaten egg and a little milk.
3 Coat the hard-boiled eggs with this mixture. Using wet hands will help.
4 Roll in breadcrumbs and fry in hot fat until golden brown.
5 Drain and serve hot with vegetables or serve cold with salad.
