Always care about the cleanliness of your skin. If you close a cleaned skin with how much foundation, you can never give a healthy image. This not only disturbs you, it also turns into a health and aging problem for you over time. This is why skin cleansing is as important as wearing it right. Make sure you wipe your makeup before you sleep. Go to the hamam once a month. The pouch replaces the peeling, the skin refreshes. Never go out without applying a moisturizer containing protective factors.
Do not forget the fact that your most basic clothes are your skin!

After the gong stops, sit in silence for a moment and hear the silence. There may be other sounds that run into the silence (when I did this meditation, my cats meowed and my partner yelled, “Babe, do you know where my towel is?”). No matter. Just listen and allow yourself to be still. This mini mindful break will allow you to come back into the world feeling more complete and less frayed around the edges.
It’s not in your head. Well, I don’t know you, so maybe it is, but my point is that many people can pick up the symptoms of dislike more easily than they could diagnose a cold.
We don’t want to confront our family members or our coworkers, so we show up to the holidays and the board meetings and we try to tell ourselves that their thin smiles and eye rolling are directed to everyone. It’s not just us.
