Coffee Wine Cocktail
You will need for 1 glass: 4-5 Ice cubes 1 part brandy 1 egg yolk 3 parts port 1 teaspoon sugar or grated nutmeg sugar syrup
1 Put the Ice cubes into a cocktail shaker.
2 Pour the egg yolk, sugar, brandy and port over the ice.
3 Shake until a frost forms; strain and pour into a sour glass.
4 Sprinkle grated nutmeg over the mixture and serve.
Vin Blanc Cassis (Kir)
You will need for 1 glass: 2-3 Ice cubes 4 parts dry white wine 3 teaspoons creme de (Blanc-de-Blanc, Cassis Chablis, or Hock)
1 Put the Ice cubes into a lowball glass.
2 Pour the Cassis and wine over the ice.
3 Stir gently and serve.
Vin Blanc Vermouth
You will need for 1 glass: 2-3 Ice cubes 3 parts dry white wine 1 part dry French (Blanc-de-Blanc, vermouth Chablis, or Hock)
1 slice fresh lemon rind
1 Put the Ice cubes into a lowball glass.
2 Pour the vermouth and wine over the ice.
3 Stir gently.
4 Garnish with the lemon rind and serve.
