Cottage Cheese loaf


225 g/8 oz/1/2 cup cottage cheese 50 g/2 oz/1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
2.5 ml/1/2 tsp dried oregano
5 ml/1 tsp made English mustard 100 g/4 oz/1/2 cup s wholemeal breadcrumbs Salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 eggs, beaten Mixed salad

Mix together all the ingredients except the salad thoroughly. Turn into a greased 450 g/1 lb loaf tin (pan). Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C/350°F/gas mark 4 for 30 minutes or until set. Leave to cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then turn out and serve cut into slices with a mixed salad.
