Valencia Punch

You will need for 12-14 persons: Ice 1 bottle dry white wine juice 6 fresh oranges (Chablis, Hock or (or 12 oz. canned, Spanish Chablis) unsweetened juice) 2 tablespoons white juice 3 fresh lemons crfeme de menthe fresh fruit 1 bottle gin

1 Put several large chunks of Ice into a punch bowl.

2 Pour the fruit juices, wine, creme de menthe and gin over the ice.

3 Stir the mixture thoroughly.

4 Garnish with fresh fruit.

Blush Punch

You will need for 12-14 persons: Ice 2 bottles chilled ros§ juice 6 fresh lemons 1 bottle gin 2 tablespoons creme de Cassis or maraschino or grenadine 1 Put several large chunks of Ice into a punch bowl.

2 Pour the lemon juice, creme de Cassis, rose and gin over the ice.

3 Stir thoroughly.

Dry Martini Punch

You will need for 12-14 persons: Ice 1 bottle extra dry sherry rind 2 fresh lemons 2 bottles gin

1 bottle extra dry French vermouth

1 Put several large chunks of Ice into a punch bowl.

2 Cut the rind of each lemon into a continuous strip and put on the ice.

3 Pour in the vermouth, sherry and gin.

4 Stir thoroughly and let the mixture stand for a few minutes before serving.

2 bottles gin

1 pint Ice water

2 lemons

1 thinly sliced orange wedges fresh pineapple

You will need for 12-14 persons: ice 4 bottle sweet Italian juice 5 fresh grapefruit vermouth (or 15 tablespoons 2 bottles gin canned, unsweetened 1 pint Ice water juice) 2 thinly sliced lemons

1 Put several large chunks of Ice into a punch bowl.

2 Pour the grapefruit juice, vermouth and gin over the ice.

3 Stir thoroughly, then add the water.

4 Garnish with the sliced lemons.
