Quartier Latin
You will need for 1 glass:
4-5 Ice cubes 1 part Amer Picon
1 part Cointreau 3 parts Dubonnet
1 Put the Ice cubes into a glass jug.
2 Pour the Cointreau, Amer Picon, Dubonnet over the ice.
3 Stir vigorously; strain and pour into a chilled martini glass.
Bright Morning
You will need for 1 glass: 4-5 Ice cubes 1 tablespoon grenadine juice 1 fresh orange 4 parts dry white wine (or 4 tablespoons (Chablis, Hock or canned, unsweetened Muscadet) juice) soda water
1 Put the Ice cubes into a glass jug.
2 Pour the orange juice, grenadine and wine over the ice.
3 Stir vigorously and pour, without straining, into a collins glass.
4 Top with soda water, stir gently and serve.
Paris Mist
You will need for 1 glass:
3 Ice cubes 3 parts dry white wine
5 drops Pernod (Blanc-de-Blanc, Chablis, Muscadet)
1 Put the Ice cubes into a lowball glass.
2 Pour the Pernod over the Ice and add the wine.
3 Stir gently and serve.
