Festoon Punch

You will need for 12-14 persons: 1 large block Ice % pint Curapao juice 3 fresh lemons j bottle dry sherry

2 pints cool tea 1 bottle hock

1 bottle whisky rind 1 fresh lemon

1 pint dark rum

1 Put the Ice into a punch bowl.

2 Pour the lemon juice, tea, whisky, rum, Curasao, sherry and hock over the ice.

3 Stir the mixture thoroughly.

4 Garnish with the lemon rind.

5 Let stand a few minutes and serve.

Sour Punch

You will need for 12-14 persons: Ice 1 bottle whisky juice 6 fresh oranges 1 siphon soda water (or pint canned, 1 orange unsweetened juice) 1 thinly sliced lemon juice 2 fresh lemons

2 tablespoons sugar or sugar syrup

1 Put several large chunks of Ice into a punch bowl.

2 Pour the fruit juices, sugar, and whisky over the ice.

3 Stir the mixture thoroughly and garnish with the fresh fruit.

4 Add the soda water at the last minute.

Brandy Punch

You will need for 12-14 persons: 2 tablespoons sugar or sugar syrup pint Curaqao 1 bottle brandy 1 tablespoon grenadine soda water

1 large block Ice juice 2 fresh oranges (or 8 tablespoons canned, unsweetened juice) juice 6 fresh lemons

1 Put the Ice into a punch bowl.

2 Pour the fruit juices, sugar, Curasao, brandy and grenadine over the ice.

3 Stir the mixture thoroughly and at the last minute add the soda water.
