Hawaiian Fruit Punch

You will need for 12-14 persons: Ice 1 bottle white rum 1 pint pineapple juice juice 3 fresh oranges (or 12 tablespoons canned, unsweetened juice) juice 3 fresh lemons

1 Put several large chunks of Ice into a punch bowl.

2 Pour the fruit juices, rum and gin over the ice.

3 Stir the mixture thoroughly, and add the Ice water.

4 Garnish with the fresh fruit and let stand for a few minutes.

Dubonnet Punch

You will need for 12-14 persons: Ice 1 pint Ice water juice 3 fresh lemons 2 thinly sliced lemons 2 bottles Dubonnet 6 sprigs young fresh 5 2 bottles gin mint (optional) Put several large chunks of Ice into a punch bowl.

Pour the lemon juice, Dubonnet and gin over , the ice.

Stir thoroughly then add the Ice water.

4 Garnish with the lemon slices and mint leaves if used.

You will need for 12-14 persons: Ice 1 bottle white rum 8 oz. diced pineapple 1 bottle gin juice 1 fresh lemon 2 thinly sliced oranges

2 dessertspoons grenadine 1 bottle dry white wine (Chablis, Blanc-de-Blanc or Hock)

1 Put several large chunks of Ice into a punch bowl.

2 Put the pineapple, lemon juice, grenadine, wine, rum and gin over the ice.

3 Stir the mixture thoroughly.

4 Garnish with the orange slices and let stand for while.
