Egg And Cheese Pancakes Recipe
Cooking Time: 10-15 minutes for filling
You will need for 4 servings:
2 hard-boiled eggs, 1 pint pancake batter sliced (37) 8 oz. cooked chopped 1 pint cheese sauce vegetables (83) seasoning
1 Mix the eggs and vegetables together and season carefully.
2 Make the pancakes (37), put a little of the filling on each one and roll up.
3 When all are cooked, put into a fireproof dish, pour the sauce over and put into a moderately hot oven (375°F – Gas Mark 5), for about 10 minutes.
Florentine pancakes

You will need for 4 servings: 2 lb. spinach 1 pint pancake batter salt and pepper (37) nutmeg 8 oz. grated cheese
1 oz. butter
1 Cook the spinach in the usual way, drain and chop very finely.
2 Add salt, pepper, nutmeg and butter.
3 Make the pancakes (37) and pile on
a hot dish, putting a layer of spinach and a generous sprinkling of cheese on each one.
4 Continue until the ingredients are used up, then top with grated cheese and serve cut into wedges.
