Grilled Ham And Cheese Rolls Recipe
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
You will need for 4 servings: 8 slices ham oil French mustard 4 pineapple rings 8 slices processed 4 slices buttered toast cheese watercress
1 Spread slices of ham with a little mustard. Top each slice of ham with a slice of cheese.
2 Roll up like a Swiss roll and secure each with a cocktail stick.
3 Brush each with oil and grill until cheese begins to melt. Remove from grill pan and keep hot.
4 Drain pineapple rings, brush with oil and grill for 5 minutes.
5 Place 1 pineapple ring on each piece of toast, top each with two ham rolls and garnish with watercress.
Ham Napoli: Prepare ham rolls (see above) and serve with boiled rice and tomato sauce (83).
