Recipe for Healtly Hair and Skin

Poached Eggs Turkish-style

SERVES 2

120 ml/4 1 cup plain yoghurt Juice

1 garlic clove, chopped

25 g/1 oz/ 2 tbsp butter or margarine

2 eggs

Blend the yoghurt, lemon juice and garlic in a bowl. Leave for 20 minutes, then strain. Place a spoonful of the mixture into two greased ramekin dishes (custard cups) and add an egg to each. Put the dishes in a baking tin (pan) half-filled with water. Cover with foil. Poach in a preheated oven at 200°C/400°F/gas mark 6 for 8 minutes. Serve in the same dishes.
