Treatment options
• Take propolis tablets/capsules for a few weeks; take according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
• Use a herbal mouthwash (see below and right) on a daily basis until there is an improvement.
MOUTHWASH MIX (NO.1)
Ingredients
• 30ml sage (tincture strength 1:2)
• 40ml chamomile (tincture strength 1:5) (for precautions see post 47.
• 30ml thyme (tincture strength 1:2)
To make
• Mix ingredients together.
• Pour into a clean, dark glass bottle.
• Label with the contents and the date.
• Store at room temperature for up to a year.
Adults and children over 5 years old: Dilute 1ml of the tincture mix with 30ml of water and swirl around your mouth for about 1 minute, twice a day after brushing your teeth.
