If you have the time and your nipples are not sore, let her carry on. She will eventually fall fast asleep and let go the nipple. Our younger daughter got the name Tick because she used to suck until she was bloated and then fall off!
Sucking at the breast like this is a wonderful comfort for a baby and must also give a great feeling of emotional security, to say nothing of the satisfaction it brings to the mother.
The extra sucking helps digestion because it promotes peristalsis (the natural movement of the bowel) so wind is passed and not bottled up to eventually cause pain and colic.
Breast fed babies very often pass a stool while they are feeding. Change the nappy between breasts or at the end of the feed.
Time at the breast is approximate, and should be taken as a general indication only. Clock-watching is the worst possible way to get breast feeding going in an easy natural manner. You should expect to spend about an hour on each feed in the beginning. It is not a question of filling up the baby like the tank of a car. When the flow becomes established and her sucking stronger, the time she needs to get enough milk will be 10 minutes or less, but you will both enjoy the extra time together whenever you can allow her to go on sucking.
