7 drops Vetiver essential oil 20 drops Lavender essential oil Instructions

You will be pleasantly surprised by what you actually have in common. Be nice to the staff. They will be nicer to you and someone you can talk to. Everyone has a story and sometimes it was nice hearing about the custodian and her granddaughter, a movie the person giving you the ultrasound had seen, or a story from the porter pushing you to ultrasound. They all have lives, and sometimes talking to them can be a lifeline to the outside world. Be kind, even when you are having a bad day. Realize that some of the comments you make can be hurtful, and you won’t always get a chance to see that person again to say sorry. I think about the ultrasound technician who discovered my son Nolan’s heart stopped beating and had to get the OB to confirm this. In my grief, I was not nice to her. Luckily I did get the chance to apologize after I was readmitted.
