Haircare Guide For Best Mohawk Hairstyles
If you see ingredients like dimethiconol, amodimethicone, or lauryl methicone copolyol, then your hair product definitely contains silicones. Instead of being concerned with silicone ingredients, you should be concerned with the TYPE of silicone agents in your hair products.
A common misconception about silicone based hair products is that silicones are bad for your hair. The fact of the matter is that silicone products themselves are not bad for the hair. In fact, some silicone products are as gentle as water.
There are two types of silicones: Water soluble and non-soluble silicones. Water soluble silicones are ones that can be washed away with water and nothing more. Non-soluble silicones require sulfates or clarifying in order to be removed.

Make sure your thoughts and needs are also included in the plan, recognizing they may or may not be followed depending what happens at the time of delivery. In my case I was able to have the information in the following exercise contained in my birth plan because I had a good relationship with my OB and I had had a previous c-section with delivery complications. For my first c-section I was completely unprepared for baby being whisked away from me at birth (she needed medical attention) and being too weak to hold her in the first few hours (due to heavy blood loss). Thankfully my husband stepped up to the plate, and fulfilled my desire to have skin-to-skin contact in the first few hours, and delayed the use of formula until I was able to breastfeed. Looking back, I wished I had written down my thoughts, so my husband and the medical staff would have known my wishes when I was unable to speak for myself. For my son’s delivery, I learned the night before the c-section that I would be having a general anesthetic not a spinal, as my OB and I had discussed. The anesthesiologist strongly felt it was the safer option due to my complications. Thankfully I had not only discussed my postdelivery wishes with my OB and husband, but also had them included in my medical birth plan. When my son was born and rushed to the NICU, and I was still in surgery, my husband was able to be my voice. For the first few days, until I got my strength back and was able to clearly communicate my wishes, my husband referred to the birth plan on areas such as feeding my son formula until my milk came in, hand expressing my colostrum for my son’s feeding tube when he was too weak to nurse and providing skin-to-skin contact with my son.
