Recipe for Healtly Hair and Skin
Baked Plum Pudding
Prepare as for Baked Apple and Cranberry Pudding but substitute 450 g/1 lb plums, halved and stoned (pitted) for the cranberries and apples.
420 g/14 oz/1/2 large can peach slices, drained reserving the juice
1 quantity Basic Pancake Mix ( 343)
25 g/1 oz/ 1/2 2cup flaked almonds Icing (confectioners’) sugar, sifted
Arrange the peaches attractively in a greased shallow ovenproof dish. Make up the paijcate mix and pour over. Sprinkle with the almonds. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C/400°F/gas mark 6 for about 30 minutes until risen and golden brown. Dust with sifted icing sugar and serve hot with the juice.
