This herb is good for all sorts of muscular pain. It will help to relax and soothe aching muscles after heavy exercise or when suffering from a cold. It will also warm the muscles, by stimulating the circulation to them, and reduce muscular tension.

As rosemary essential oil. Put it in a bath or add to the creams or ointments.
Adults: 5 drops of essential oil in a bath, once a day; or 10 drops of essential oil to 50g of comfrey cream, apply 1-3 times a day.
