Caution: Recommended only for external use.
Uses
Rosemary helps to enhance circulation to the muscles. The external application of preparations containing rosemary increases the local blood supply, and is felt as a pleasant warm sensation. It is useful for tired, overworked and achy muscles, which will recover much faster due to the locally increased circulation.

How to use
Rosemary is very useful as an essential oil, which can be used in baths or added to ointments.
Dosage
Adults: put 5 drops of essential oil in the bath and soak in it for 10-15 min. For an ointment, add 10 drops to 50g of the ointment base and apply to the affected areas 1-2 times a day.
Children (2-16years old): adjust the adult dose downwards, depending on the age of the child – see post 6.
