320 g/12 oz/1/2 large can sweetcorn (corn), drained 450 ml/1/2 pt/1/2 cups milk 3 eggs, beaten 30 ml/1/2 tbsp snipped chives 25 g/1 oz/1/2 tbsp butter or margarine Salt and freshly ground black pepper 5 ml/1 tsp made English mustard 50 g/2 oz/1/4 cup strong Cheddar cheese, grated Chopped parsley Crusty bread Mixed salad Mix together all the ingredients, except the parsley, bread and salad, and place in a greased ovenproof dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C/ 375°F/gas mark 5 for about 25-30 minutes until set and golden on top. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with crusty bread and a mixed salad.
