1250g cherries, stoned 200g Greek-style yoghurt
1 tbsp honey
Finely zested rind of V lemon

IPut the ingredients in a liquidiser or food processor and whizz until it’s smooth. Pour the mixture into
9 small ice-lolly moulds and freeze for about 2 hr, or until the mixture thickens. Press a stick into each and leave in the freezer until frozen solid.
2 Remove from the freezer and dip each of the moulds swiftly into a little hot water to release the lollies.
