Tuna Cheese Bake Recipe
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
You will need for 2-3 servings:
3 small tomatoes 7-oz. can tuna fish
1 packet cheese sauce 1 small can sweet corn
1 pint milk To garnish : small packet plain 2 oz. coarsely grated potato crisps cheese
1 Slice tomatoes and place in bottom of fireproof dish.
2 Make sauce according to instructions on packet using 1 pint milk.
3 Add flaked tuna fish, and drained sweet corn, pour over tomatoes.
4 Lightly crush the potato crisps and mix with grated cheese, sprinkle over sauce.
5 Heat through in a hot oven (400°F – Gas Mark
6) for 10 minutes or brown under the grill.
6 Serve hot or cold with salad.
Cooking Time: 5 minutes You will need for 2 servings: 4J-oz. can red salmon 2-3 tablespoons corn 5 level tablespoons oil mayonnaise 2 slices white bread salt and pepper diced pinch nutmeg lettuce and cucumber
1 Drain the liquid from the can of salmon and remove any skin and bones.
2 Flake the salmon and add the mayonnaise and seasoning.
3 Heat the corn oil and fry the diced bread until crisp and golden brown. Drain well on kitchen paper and allow to become cold.
4 Add the fried bread to the salmon mixture just before serving.
5 Serve with a salad of lettuce and sliced cucumber.
