Fresh Fruit Punch

You will need for 12-14 persons:

3 pints fresh fruit, one 1 bottle white rum ice

2 bottles dry white wine (Chablis, Blanc-de-Blanc or Hock)

1 bottle gin variety or mixed (raspberries, strawberries, peaches, apricots, etc.)

1 pint sugar or sugar syrup

This recipe demands time, for the fresh fruit must be marinated at least 6 hours before the punch can be prepared properly.

1 Wash the fruit, slice and put into a large bowl.

2 Pour the sugar and rum over the fruit and store it in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours.

3 Put several large chunks of Ice into a punch bowl.

4 Put the marinated fruit over the ice, then add the wine and gin.

5 Stir the mixture thoroughly and let stand for 10 minutes before serving.

Picnic Punch

You will need for 12-14 persons: Ice 2 bottle white rum

8 oz. diced pineapple 1 bottle gin

3 thinly sliced lemons

2 bottles dry white wine (Chablis, blanc-de-Blanc or Hock)

1 Put several large chunks of Ice into a punch bowl.

2 Scatter the fruit over the Ice then pour in the wine, rum and gin.

3 Stir the mixture thoroughly and let it stand for a few minutes before serving.
