Awesome! If you’re getting to the point that you’re worried about losing too much I’d start adding in more whole grains and good carbohydrates with your high fat meals. It’s okay! My husband and children always do a side of brown rice, whole grain bread, whole grain pasta or a potato to maintain their size and energy.

Once you feel like you’re in a good place, those carbs will help maintain your weight just don’t add in added sugars, those will always get you in trouble.
