Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a method that has been practiced by Chinese medicine for centuries and is based on the principle that certain areas of the body should be stimulated with very fine needlework. According to Chinese medicine, the life force or energy, called the body Chi (read as chi), passes through the so-called bedende, meridian. Diseases are believed to be caused by the deterioration of Chi.

Acupuncture specialists, throughout the meridian, aim to change the flow of energy in your body by stimulating the acupuncture points in certain regions. Depending on your personal situation, this change can be done by lifting the energy flow block, directing the energy to another area of your body, slowing or accelerating the energy.
Over the last decade, intensive studies of acupuncture have shown that acupuncture, especially pain and genitalia, is good. It is also good for a wider range of complaints, with the main use in pregnancy, nausea and turning the opposite or side-by-side baby.
Acupuncture should only be practiced by a properly trained specialist. When choosing your acupuncturist, be sure to have experience with pregnant women before, because some parts of the body need not be stimulated during pregnancy.
