What products should we be using to keep our hair healthy when we’re swimming?
TW: Before swimming, apply a mixture of olive oil and coconut oil to prevent chlorine from penetrating the hair. Also always wet your hair before you swim, as this prevents hair from absorbing chlorine, then wear a swimming cap. Training should wear out your body, not your hair.

What should we do if our hair is already chlorine-damaged?
TW: First determine whether your hair or scalp is damaged. If your hair is damaged, it will be very dry after a swim, in which case you should wash it with a clarifying shampoo and conditioner. If your scalp is damaged, use a scalp treatment followed by a protein treatment for maximum protection.
