I got mine at a health food store. I absolutely love it you need coconut oil in your life going to make your hair. So shiny and then we just need an egg that’s it. So what you want to do is you want to melt two tablespoons of coconut oil. I just do it on the stove you can microwave it to just do it on a low heat. So that the hard ol turns into a nice soft liquid for our hair mask next, I’m going to go ahead and add my egg and if any shells wind up in yours just pick them out and, I just want to whisk it with a fork just like you are making scrambled eggs until you have a nice mixture just like this one alright. So time to get your hands dirty, I’m just going to put on my fingertips a little bit at a time you can section off your hair if you have more hair than.

I do but. I find this works perfectly fine the egg will make your hair hard but do not worry because we are going to rinse it out and condition it and it’ll be nice and soft. So focus on the ends then the middle of your hair then your roots any excess product just put on your fingers and you just want to massage your scalp you do not want to apply too much to your scalp because it’ll make your hair greasy next grab all your hair and tie it up in a bun on the top of your head this is going to secure it into one place while the product sits and then you want to grab a bag or in this case. I got shower caps with my hot head and this is going to hold in the heat. So, I’m just going to take my hot head that. I have here and this is just a deep conditioning thermal cap and you microwave it for two minutes and the flaxseeds holds the heat up to two hours this opens your cuticle it allows the product to penetrate the shaft and it gives you a much better deep conditioning treatment at home. I absolutely love this and can you get over the pink of course.

I picked pink and it comes in this cute chevron pattern and a ton more on their Etsy page. I will link it down below this product is awesome for at-home DIY hair treatments. So leave it on for 20 to 40 minutes and then take it out, I’m just going to apply my favorite heat protector by Chaz May on the ends of my hair and then of course my Moroccan oil as well focusing it on the ends of my hair again you can also use some coconut oil too and then. I did go ahead and blow-dry my hair you can do my heatless headband curls but. I was in a time crunch today my finish, I’m gonna hair you guys and this is what it looks like it is so shiny. I love it and it is so soft this is my all-time favorite hair mask because. I always have these ingredients in my house and it is so easy and.

So quick to do. I love how it turns out if you guys have been following my blog for a while you know that. I had blond hair and then. I went dark for winter and then. I went that salon for summer and, I left my hair. So dry and damaged and dry hair just breaks off and, I’m really trying to grow my hair..

So I was really upset when my hair was dry and, I didn’t want to spend a ton of money on deep conditioners because they are hit or miss you do not know if it is going to work for your hair type and they’re. So expensive. So this is honestly the best way to get soft and shiny hair it is so inexpensive and, I highly highly recommend it to anybody. I do it about twice a month and I have seen such an improvement in my hair you guys. I absolutely love it. So definitely let me know in the comments below if you tried out this hair mask at home.
