This face mask for sensitive and problematic skin

This face mask provides the soothing and healing needed by sensitive and problematic skin.

Ingredients:

Sensitive Skin Blend:

1/2 tablespoon rolled oats

1/2 teaspoon Aloe Vera juice

1/2 teaspoon evening primrose or avocado oil

1/2 teaspoon honey

1/2 tablespoon kaolin clay

1/2 teaspoon milk or yogurt

1 drop lavender essential oil

1 drop rose or jasmine essential oil

1 drop chamomile essential oil

Psoriasis & Eczema Blend:

1/2 tablespoon rolled oats

1/2 teaspoon Aloe Vera juice

1/2 teaspoon evening primrose or avocado oil

1/2 teaspoon honey

1/2 tablespoon kaolin clay

1/2 teaspoon milk or yogurt

1 drop helichrysum or chamomile essential oil

1 drop rose or jasmine essential oil

1 drop sandalwood or patchouli essential oil

Directions:

1. Using a clean coffee grinder, grind the oats to a very smooth texture.

2. Whisk together the Aloe Vera, oil and honey.

3. Stir in the oat powder and clay, adding a little at a time until you have a paste of desired consistency. Do not make it too thick.

4. Add the essential oils.

5. Cleanse your face and neck area.

6. While your skin is still damp, apply the mask to your face and neck, taking care to avoid eyes and mouth. Discard any remainder.

7. Leave it on your skin for 15-20 minutes.

8. Wash off with a warm and wet washcloth then apply a toner and moisturizer.
