Fruit Cocktail Cake Recipe

Frosty Punch

You will need for 12-14 persons: Ice 2 bottles gin

3 tablespoons Pernod 1 pint Ice water

1 bottle dry white wine (Chablis, Blanc-de-Blanc or Hock)

1 Put a large block of Ice into a punch bowl.

2 Pour the Pernod, wine and gin over the ice.

3 Stir thoroughly; add the water and stir again.

4 Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.

Scotch Punch

You will need for 12-14 persons:

4 tablespoons sugar or sugar syrup 1 pint Ice water 2 thinly sliced oranges ice

1 pint cool green tea

1 pint brandy

2 bottles whisky

1 Put several large chunks of Ice into a punch bowl.

2 Pour the tea, brandy, whisky and sugar over the ice.

3 Stir the mixture thoroughly; add the water and stir again.

4 Garnish with the orange slices and serve.

Manhattan Punch

You will need for 12-14 persons: Ice 2 bottles whisky 1 bottle sweet Italian 1 pint Ice water vermouth 2 thinly sliced oranges 1 teaspoon Angostura 12 maraschino cherries bitters (optional)

1 Put several large chunks of Ice into a punch bowl.

2 Pour the vermouth, bitters and whisky over the ice.

3 Add the Ice water and stir thoroughly.

4 Garnish with the fruit and serve.
