A loose French braid is a style that can be achieved by dividing your hair into two sections, and then pulling each section through the loop created in the previous section. You can create a high ponytail or low bun with this style, and it’s an easy way to add some life to your hair.

How to make a Loose French Braid

If you want to make a loose French braid, start by sectioning your hair into layers. Section hair into three parts: the front, middle, and back. For the front part, take a small section of hair and twist it around itself a few times to make a loop. Make the loop as big as you like and tuck it behind your ear.

For the middle part, take two small sections of hair and twist them together. Then take the top of one section and put it over the bottom of the other section. Finally, tuck the end underneath the top layer of hair. Repeat this process for the back part.

Once you have each section arranged however you like, begin braiding your hair in a loose French braid. Start at the front and work your way backwards. Once you reach the back, tuck the end underneath one of the middle twists before continuing on to the next section.

When you get to the end, tie off your braid with a rubber band or thread. You can also create a bun by placing your hair in a high bun on top of your head and securing it with a elastic band or clip.

Different types of braids

If you want to make a loose French braid, start by making a small braid in your hair and then pulling it tight. Make sure that the ends of the braid are pointing in opposite directions. Next, take the end of the small braid and make a loop with it. Now, take the other end of the small braid and make a loop with it, too. You now have two loops. Take the first loop and put it over the top of the second loop. Then, pull both loops tight. You now have a loose French braid!
